A black woman who was fired last year as a beauty adviser at
Foley's in Cherry Creek filed a racial discrimination lawsuit
against the department store on Wednesday.
Toni Aubiodum of Denver claimed in her federal lawsuit that a
white loss-prevention manager accused her of pouring perfume
sample bottles into empty bottles she brought from home to work.
She also said Foley's accused her of drinking at work. The
lawsuit claims she was forced to endure racial innuendoes,
harassment, humiliation and intimidation.
Attorneys for Foley's could not be reached for comment.
